Deal Registration Policy

• Individual registering deal needs to be sales certified
• Registrations must be completed via the Partner Portal
• Hyperscience can accept or reject deal registrations in its sole discretion; if no response is provided by Hyperscience within 10 business days, the deal registration is deemed rejected
• Deal registrations are valid for 180 days with a one-time extension request by partner for 60 additional days which Hyperscience can accept or reject in its sole discretion
• Hyperscience can terminate any deal registrations in its sole discretion
• Deal registration is not eligible if the opportunity is:
     • Already pursued by Hyperscience
     • Registered by another partner
     • Previously registered by the same partner
     • Deal registrations must be a live customer project with a customer buying decision to made within the next 6 months
