Rather than tying every improvement to a full cross-platform upgrade, this release cadence allows innovation to be introduced, validated, and matured before being packaged into a broader platform release.
A support model built for your reality
Enterprise instances don’t operate on a single timeline. That’s why we’ve simplified and strengthened our support model to better align with how our customers deploy and scale:
- SaaS customers receive continuous, forward-compatible application updates, ensuring immediate access to the latest features with zero manual upgrade overhead.
- On-premise customers benefit from the ability to incrementally adopt new innovation in a predictable way with up to two years of support.
In addition, the platform is designed to allow key components — including the application, models, and flows — to be upgraded independently. This modular approach enables customers to adopt changes incrementally, reducing risk and giving teams greater control over how and when updates are introduced into production.
To support safer adoption, the platform also surfaces compatibility across key components directly in the UI. This helps teams understand version dependencies between the application, models, and flows before making changes to reduce upgrade uncertainty and make it easier to plan with confidence. Color-coded indicators show whether a model is compatible with the current product version, the next release, or additional future versions.
By aligning support with deployment models, upgrades become predictable, manageable, and significantly less disruptive.

- Internal production rollout — Before any release reaches customers, it is first deployed internally and treated as a production-grade rollout. This allows teams to validate stability, usability, and operational readiness in live instances and fix bugs before external adoption begins.
- Layered validations — Each release is evaluated through multiple levels of testing, from early design reviews and edge-case analysis to unit, integration, and end-to-end validations. This ensures that changes are assessed not only in isolation, but also as part of real workflows, real documents and system interactions. For SaaS instances, automated upgrade readiness checks help teams identify compatibility issues and required remediation steps before changes are introduced into production.
